This is the second mat we have purchased. We now have one in our primary home and vacation place. My dogs love them. My older dog is constantly looking for a cool place to lie down and loves being on this mat. I also love that I do not have to worry about them chewing on a gel mat that could break open. We got this for our cat and she immediately loved this. It always feels cool to the touch. And we know it is working for her because whenever she is done running around she likes to lie on it or tuck herself underneath it. It was also important for us to get a puncture proof mat because she has a tendency to chew. She has dragged this mat across rooms and still no bite marks or any kind of damage to be seen.

Grabbed this cooling mat for my dog, and it is actually awesome. It is lightweight, easy to throw anywhere—floor, couch, outside, whatever. My pup loves it, especially on hot days. He just sprawls out on it like it is his personal chill zone. It is soft but tough enough to handle some scratching around, and I love that I can just toss it in the wash when it gets gross. Also, it does not slip around when he jumps on it, which is a win.
